ABOUT KRISTI

During the last 35 years I have been on quite a wild ride. I have worked as a professional actress, taught at Columbia College Chicago, Aurora University, and the University of Arizona, and returned to graduate school for my certification as a Graduate Laban - Certified Movement Analyst. In recent years, I have created a business called Kristi Coaches Communicators where my objective is to help speakers understand how their movement is just as important as the content they are delivering. I find great joy helping my clients realize they are enough and don’t need to emulate anyone else. Together we work towards finding authenticity in their movement so that they can make a greater impact with their mind, body, and soul.

I have been an integral part of the assessment team at Community Christian Church, where I support campus pastors, worship leaders, and teaching pastors. My expertise as an embodiment coach has presented me with opportunities to work with wonderful organizations such as the Women Speakers Collective Bootcamps, Story Strong, Renew Retreat, PreacHER Academy, Stadia, Exponential, World Vision, Generis, Ministry Chick, and Aspen Group, among others.

I am married to Eric and we have three amazing children, Sadie, Dillon, and Anna Louise, a wonderful son-in-law, and delightful daughter-in-law. We love living in Naperville, Illinois.
